Intake and Admissions
During Intake, there is a coordinated effort to welcome new clients and assist them in entering the program in an informed and supported manner. During intake, the client receives information about the purpose and structure of the program, as well as his or her own copy of the Resident Handbook.
  • The primary admissions requirement is a desire to live a life free from drug or alcohol abuse. The client must also be age 18 or older. In New Life Recovery Service's admissions material, it is stated that the agency does not discriminate or deny admission on the basis of ethnic group identification, religion, age, gender, race, or disability..
